Eric Sailor was amazing! He provided excellent customer service and acted swiftly when our situation changed. His immediate response and attention to detail saved our family a medical expense that would have surely been a burden. He was very knowledgeable and compassionate during this tough time. Thank you, Eric!

Dawn was just wonderful. We only had 9 days to place my mother-in-law after a stroke. She came through with three options (within the parameters we gave her) and we were very happy with our decision.

I found my CarePatrol agent to be extremely helpful, offering advice on matters I wasn't even aware of, which could have had extreme consequences. For example: I didn't know there is a private pay requirement for some communities where rent must be paid from private funds, before the client can apply for Medicaid, if private funds are exhausted. Careful monetary calculations ensured my brother would be able to afford to reside at the new community for several years, without worrying about financial concerns. I am grateful for my agent's knowledge and willingness to share her insight.

CarePatrol went over and above all expectations placing my friend in an assisted living facility when she wanted to move from a nursing home.

Professional, fast, caring. Provided much needed guidance during sad and overwhelming time decision with our loved one. Thank you.

Marty Burkhart was a blessing. Things happened so quickly with my mother in law needing a place to go as she was discharged from the nursing home for rehab after a car accident. Marty knew the facilities and what our needs are and matched us with five to chose from. He was right on target and saved us so much time and confusion. What a gift! I recommend him and this service to everyone! Brenda

My interaction with Care Patrol was positive in every way. Shortly after talking with Ron Culyer, I received about six suggestions via email. Within 48 hours, I had chosen a home for our friend in a memory care unit. I would definitely recommend CarePatrol to anyone who needs to place someone in a care facility. Ron was wonderful in providing information for our search. Thank you so much for all your help!

My sisters and I worked with Kristen M. of CarePatrol of the Fox Cities. She was invaluable to us in finding an assisted living home for my mother who had fallen and broken 6 ribs in addition to having dementia. Kristen set up Zoom and Google meetings with all the homes we were considering. She helped us with asking the questions to get the most complete information from the homes. She acted as liaison between the rehab facility and the homes. After mom moved into the home she continued to help us with the admission process and followed up on how mom was doing. We are very thankful for all she did for our family.
