Victoria Archable was the greatest. She didn't just give me a list like the first company I dealt with did. She listened to my dad's needs and actually was on the Zoom meetings I had with the possible facilities. Asking questions that I forgot. Follow-up was timely to both the facilities and with me.

Everyone involved was very nice and very helpful. We highly recommend their service.

I have nothing but praise to say about Care Patrol. I was at a loss as to how to even begin to find a place/ home for my aunt. I contacted Cheryl not knowing if or how she could help. She immediately put me at ease explaining what Care Patrol was and the services she could help me with. She was unbelievably patient with me since I had so many questions . She informed me of different options and followed up with detailed information. She was genuinely concerned with my aunts well-being and took time learn more about her so that we could find a home that met all of her needs. And we did! I couldn't be happier about where my aunt is living now. I can honestly say that I feel very comfortable with our decision and would like to say that without a doubt, I owe it all to Cheryl. Her care, concern and professionalism are attributes to CarePatrol.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from CarePatrol! My Advisor reached out with a couple of pre-screened memory care facility options to consider for placement of a friend. She made several calls to me to make sure any questions I had could be addressed. She also set up a couple of conference calls so that I could be introduced to staff at my preferred facility. She then established a call with the social worker at the hospital transferring my friend to make sure they coordinated with the facility to get everything handled appropriately. She called me the morning after the transfer to be sure I was aware of current status with my friend at the new facility. This is a stressful situation during the best circumstances. Our Covid concerns these days make it even more so. I highly recommend the services of CarePatrol to anyone in need of this type of support for a loved one!

She is there to help at a time when all are struggling: the resident and their family. Nancy made us feel secure in our decisions. Nancy was able to place my mother-in-law in an assistant living situation that fit her needs at a time when Covid-19 was raging making things difficult for everyone.
