Care patrol was a valuable partner in the search for a memory care facility for my dad. Without care patrol we probably wouldn't have made the right decision. They're guidance, compassion, support and knowledge were awesome. If I could give them six stars I would.

I was painted into a corner with my mother's previous facility, and a personal care agency referred Lori Vrcan to me, and man, was she thorough, honest, and caring - We were able to connect with a new facility that was going to be far more suited to my mother's care needs. Lori was attentive and always available for assistance. Her and Care Patrol took a potentially bad situation into something that benefitted all. I highly recommend them!

Judi and Julie, the sisters who helped me find a proper memory care facility were very knowledgeable and got me to the right place quickly. When asked for recommendations for skilled nursing care facilities, they again responded immediately and knowledgeably. I couldn't be more satisfied. .

Working with Ryan Rabe at CarePatrol was an excellent experience. In finding a memory care place for Dad under emergency circumstances during this difficult pandemic time, he went above and beyond. Stayed in touch regularly, understood when we were overwhelmed, counseled us at a difficult time, had independent ideas that were in our interest, and unselfishly reached outside his network. He provided valuable background information and supplemental contacts in emergency care, helpful checklists, and senior care information. He then helped with what to do with Mom. Our connection to CarePatrol was a referral from a colleague who also had a positive experience. Laurie

I am pleased I chose Morning Star. I know Bev is getting good care. A number of staff have reached out to me. I have already voiced my only frustration. It has been over medications being d/c'd and my not being notified. I have communicated verbally and in writing about Bev's medications and needs. eg .He has a significant problem with some toes that require a special cream in order to avoid significant problems walking. I don't know if this is being done. I have expressed a desire to be notified of significant med changes(I,e.) Rivastigmine and reasons. It may have been initiated by only the doctor, but I was told it was both the nurse and the doctor wanted to d/c it. I had some input I would have appreciated sharing. It took me a number of calls to get the information I needed to re-order meds. It was only then I learned his Rivastigmine had been discontinued. One other med was d/c'd but I do understand that one, because of the hx of that original order.
