Michael was the perfect Care Patrol advisor. He showed us places based on our criteria in a very timely manner. He was straight forward and kept the process simple. I would definitely call him again if needed.

Mom and I were fortunate to be introduced to Emily Strickler. She was beyond helpful and caring. She helped us tirelessly to find a great assisted living place for mom. Emily explained every step of this process from what to expect from insurance companies, hospitals, rehab facilities, and assisted living places. She is my "hero" and I wouldn't have felt I made the right decisions without her knowledge and expertise. I will recommend CarePatrol and Emily to anyone that needs help looking for the right fit for care for an ailing loved one.

I would highly recommend CarePatrol services to anyone looking for help in navigating the many options available for senior living! CarePatrol is much more personal than simply doing a web search for facilities in your area. The CarePatrol rep was able to narrow down options based on the specific needs for my mom, and she highlighted some differences between facilities that I might not have noticed. Communication was spot-on, I never felt like I was left hanging while waiting for a response. The entire interaction was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful!

I had a difficult relative that needed placement in assisted living. Brian, with CarePatrol was very knowledgeable about what the facilities in my area had to offer. He was helpful in getting my relative placed in a facility that was a good fit for him.
