My Senior Care Advisor was very knowledgeable, informative and a great asset in finding and selecting an assisted living apartment for my 95 year old dad. About in the middle of our search and with my dad's mobility starting to decline I suggested to my dad that it was probably time that he give me power of attorney authorization to assist him in his banking business and other transactions that he only knows how to do in person or by mail. Somehow he misunderstood my reason for bringing the subject up and accused me of trying to steal his house and money. Well I was extremely hurt and shocked by his reaction to my suggestion and reacted negatively as well by telling him that I was finished trying to help and assist him. I also told him to find another family member or friend to assist him in the future and told my care adviser that I was discontinuing the whole process and walking away. With his past experience in dealing in senior matters he was able to suggest several reasons for my dad responding to me the way he did, and after about a week on meditating on his counsel I decided to call my dad and pick up where we left off. From there on me and my advisor got busy leaving no stone unturned and finding the best assisted case facility for my dad's budget. He's been in his assisted living apartment now for one week and so far absolutely loves it. By my Care Advisor already having stats, details, review and price listings already available my search was at least cut in half, and his attention to detail was second to none.

Joellen was absolutely wonderful. First she took me to several assisted living places and then took my friend. He chose the place, she locked us into a good price and we got him in within a month! He is really liking his new home, which is a miracle because he did not want to move! Thank you Joellen!♥♥♥

If your mom is not one of the most important people in your life, she should be. After my dad passed my mom has been declining in her health. I moved away and was lost when we realized she just can’t live alone anymore. A friend of mine told me about care patrol. I was hesitant. We were in a very difficult spot having been told by a local facility that they could no longer meet the care needs of my 97 year old mother.
