Ruthie from CarePatrol in Mokena moved mountains for us in a days time! She went above and beyond to get my mother in law in home 24/7 care with a days notice when she was released earlier than expected. She helped guide us and get thing lined up quickly for a quick and smooth transition home! If you are wondering, “what are we going to do,” or “what options do we have” as far as senior care this is the number to call!

Kari West was a wonderful guide through our family's process of finding the right living situation for our 95 year old father. She took the time to learn about our dad in order to assess the right type of facility for him. She was able to set up several in-person visits for us and helped us weigh the pros and cons of the various options. In addition, Kari helped us navigate and negotiate the cost and pricing. Our dad has been in his new "home" for about two months, and we are very happy with our choice; I'm not sure we would have found it without Kari. Plus, she's a lot of fun to work with!

Bruce Lopes did an excellent job assisting us getting long term assisted care set up for my mother. He understood my mother’s needs and her financial situation and gave us several options. He is very knowledgeable about the services available for the elderly and is compassionate in dealing with them. If Bruce doesn’t know the answer (which was rare), he knew who to contact.
