I get confused about whether of not I'm supposed to contact my provider or contact CareLlinx about times I need her. I also don't kknow How I'm supposed to request additional time in the program.

Can’t get a caregiver. Are there any?

In all honesty. The turn around time that it has taken to get my caregiver hired has taken to long. There are to many modes of communication that can be used to get a job done. It should not take 2-3 weeks to get anyone hired. People that have applied need to work. At this rate you are not considering that urgent need be meet. Calls should be monitored for training purposes.

They don't return phone calls. I am suposedly assigned to someone named SHAY. I have left three messages. No response. She gave me a persons name to contact. I tried. Who ever answered the phone said no one was there named Keita and hung up. I checked the message from SHAY and I called the correct number. No one else picks up on here calls. Before that I had AMBER who is in California and only works on weedends. So the is only available on on Saturday or Sunday. I felt her a messase. She hasn't called back either. This has been going on for two weeks. I don't know what is going on or if I will ever get another house cleaner. This is no way to run a business. I need someone to calle me.
