The caregivers information is outdated, has Not being updated For many years

New Port Lucy Florida employee Heather Odum Brunton posted several TikTok videos, mocking and celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk and the Anniversary of said death. I understand and respect that everyone has a 1st Amendment Right. However, her behavior has zero class and is absolutely disgusting. If these are the kind of people CareLinx employs, then I would definitely take my business elsewhere. If this is how they act publicly on Social Media, I can only imagine how bad they treat their clients in Private. DO NOT USE CARELINX!!!!

No follow up from caregivers or the administration

You told me you had someone that would help me and no person has been available. Months have gone by with no assistance. Only calls weekly that they are sorry. What can I say.

HELP ME WITH THINGS I NEED TO DO TO BE PROFESSIONAL IN MY JOB BY

The app is terrible and not user friendly. It took 3 weeks to get me set up to work 2 hours a week. My emails were not answered and it is very hard to get a human on the phone! I have constant problems with this app.

I would give less than one star. I paid for a product that NEVER worked. I was told I just needed to upgrade my membership. After reaching out that an Error Code kept popping up and that nothing worked, I just kept getting told that I'd have to find a caregiver in person rather than using their website. After many attempts to reach and try to fix this problem, this is the response I got, "Our team has confirmed that there is a temporary issue affecting the Caregiver (CG) Search section, impacting multiple accounts. A fix has already been developed and will be included in CareLinx’s next product release. Please rest assured that this is not an issue specific to your account." However, they won't issue me a refund, even though I was NEVER able to access what their website said it would offer. Beyond frustrating and not what someone who is already dealing with the stress of needing a caregiver for loved one needs to go through. I would recommend staying as far away from this site as you can.
