Slow coupling clients with providers. When you apply for a job posting you never get any results. Messages left by phone to get a call back often do no good. No return call. Some representatives seem motivated, while others give the impression that they are just doing a job and do not really care about providing a services to people who qualify for them.

Carelinx is the most ethical website for patients and caregivers to receive what is needed. Their communication is second to none.

Caregivers are very limited. Last caregiver was not dependable

The overall service us good. However I have had poor communication or no communication many times. They should offer extra hours to make up their mistakes.

I recently had a hard time getting my phone messages returned. I had a fairly simple question that needed an answer.

My caretaker is Vicky Dulanie who is doing a wonderful job in her help to me. She is conscientiously a hard worker and works to please. I sincerely appreciate her work! She is pleasant, friendly and personable. Orlan Thomas

I love carelinx, their app gives you access to the available care givers, and communicate with them.
