The initial response to CareLinx was quick and there is always a quick response when I have questions.

Staffing is the major issue. They can't find caregivers to help me. Of the 8 hours a month for six months, I have had maybe 10 hours in six mos. The one helper who they finally got was totally unreliable. She would cancel 10 times at the last minute. I have called United Healthcare to complain. I now have a new care advisor on Eastern Standard Time, when I am on Central Time, who has not found anyone. I am handicapped and need assistance.

Haylai M. is our CareLinx counselor. She is a pleasure to work with. Always professional and patient. It took us a little time to set up the account for my father but she followed through and get him the help he needed. Haylai gets a 5-start! Teresa S. is our caregiver. Working with CareLinx was very easy. They prescreened potential caregivers per my needs and budget. then gave me a list to review and interview. There were a couple of false starts as would be with any hiring process, but we finally got a very good and caring caregiver for my mother.
