Five star rating across the board! The word "Care" is exactly what they are about! We have had great results with Carelinx. The person assigned to us, Camille, calls often just to check up, offering help and asking if there is anything she can do to make sure they are doing everything to support us. Wonderful company and service!

Caretakers are overpaid as they limited on assistance they can provide. Caretakers' hourly wages are exuberant wages to Medicare. I have wanted to hire caretakers with competitive hourly rates competitive to my area and it is not available.

Good attention to client needs

CareLinx owed back payroll taxes that was charged to my bank account but never paid to the IRS as required. CareLinx failed to report the correct W2 earnings for my caregiver by over $10,000. I had contacted the local office of CareLinx to inquire about reimbursement of $1,800 due to me. It had taken 2 months to get paid after many calls to inquire about the status of my claim. Totally unacceptable.

Karen is hardworking, does a good job, on time, pleasant. What's not to like?

Carelinx does not call you back when I am told that they would. The caregivers, all but one, have been horrible. They don't show up and don't call to let you know. One did a previsit to see what I wanted. Then, one her first day, she sat in the recliner and asked what I wanted done. In the 2 1/2 visit, all she did was make my bed and clean one bathroom. Because of my physical limitations, I depend on my caregiver to show up. I cannot mop or change my sheets. I have knee and back problems. I also have heart problems. I am 72 years old.
