Our Caregiver match process can take up to 5 business days, in rural areas that may extend the search and placement time to 10 business days based on the number of interested, vetted and available Caregivers in your area. It is our goal to provide weekly follow up calls updating you on the progress of the search. Please note that we strive to provide the best member experience possible and when the bandwidth of our Care Advisors is limited, we do have a dedicated team of Enrollment Specialists who are available to take your inbound call during our business hours and a team of intake specialists who will take a message for you after hours - both teams can be reached at the following phone #: 844-3445374. We see the improvement opportunity and will certainly provide coaching to your dedicated Care Advisor to prevent delays in communication in the future.
