I love my caregiver and so grateful to…
I love my caregiver and so grateful to AAA-1b for the grant. Words can not express how helpful the grant has been. Still have questions regarding the program. Not as user friendly as I was expecting.

I dislike the how the pay approval…
I dislike the how the pay approval works. The insurance pays me so my clients don't do anything for the time sheet and it takes forever for the approval l.

Hello Christine, We appreciate your review and feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced in regards to payment, please note that once a shift has been completed and the invoice has been submitted and approved (typically within 24-48 business hours) it will take the allotted processing time that you Bank has in place to deposit into your bank account. Our system initiates approval for the incentive pay out via the same payment method chosen through your account profile with us. The invoice approval and payment typically arrive 7-10 business days after submission. Submission after Friday afternoon will typically result in approval by Monday or Tuesday of the next week. Some members are tech savvy and able to go into their CareLinx platform account to approve invoices as they come in while others are not tech savvy - our system will allow time for invoice review and then approve any invoices that haven't been manually approved within the allotted 24-48 business hour time frame. We do have families on our platform that pay out of pocket (without the insurance benefit) and manage the invoice approval directly.
