Cassie
Cassie, I can’t thank you enough for your help! After you revamped my LinkedIn profile, I was contacted within a few days by a company here in Virginia and already have an interview lined up for a position over $100K, exactly where I wanted to be. The HR department also commented on how well my resume was written, saying it was one of the best they’ve ever seen. I’m beyond grateful for your expertise and how seamlessly everything came together."

Cassie and her team are professionals who understand and translate the fantastic body of work our Military Service members accomplish into meaningful, easily understood Civilian language. The joint effort results in broader opportunities and will be worth the price of their services. I have recommended her support to many of the senior leaders in my Network.

Paid $800 for the resume service that was to include a master resume, LinkedIn revamp and a targeted resume. I had to email multiple times to get the LindedIn revamp and also email multiple times for the targeted resume. I got responses for the LinkedIn and she did the revamp but I never got a response for the targeted resume. The targeted resume is what I really wanted but she never got back to me after multiple attempts.

Aaron, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — and you’re absolutely right to expect better communication and follow-through. I sincerely apologize that your experience didn’t meet the level of service we’re known for. At that time, I was managing more projects than I should have, and I take full responsibility for the delay. Since then, I’ve expanded my team and strengthened internal systems to ensure every client receives consistent communication and timely delivery. I truly appreciate your honesty, it helped me recognize where we needed to grow.

Cassie’s resume was a total game…
Cassie’s resume was a total game changer. I just accepted a six figure Director role, and no doubt her work helped me get there. The resume template delivered real results, I had three strong interviews for Director and Deputy Director roles with military tech companies, all offering remote and travel flexibility. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, even recruiters and staffing agencies have complimented on the layout and content. As someone new to the civilian job search, I really appreciated Cassie’s guidance throughout the process. Having a job before I've even retired is a such a relief for me and my family, I can’t recommend Career Confidence enough!
