The process is comprehensive
The process is comprehensive. Using an online portal makes communication, uploading documents, and tracking your project easy and user-friendly. Initial conversations made me feel confident and very optimistic. Cassie is very professional and easy to communicate with. Towards the end of the project, I felt there was less attention to detail and minor mistakes. This may have been due to Cassie's workload. Overall, I’m pleased with the products. Career Confidence exceeded expectations early in the project, but left me slightly unsatisfied in the end.

Thank you so much for your honest feedback, Torrian. I appreciate you recognizing both the strengths and the areas where we can improve. You’re absolutely right, at that time, I had far too much on my plate, and your experience helped me realize the importance of adding a team member to manage client services to maintain the high level of attention every client deserves. The goal is to add stronger communication touchpoints to ensure consistency through every phase of the process. I’m grateful for your patience and for the trust you placed in Career Confidence, and I’m excited to move forward with even more structure and support behind the scenes.
