I highly recommend Molly and The Executive Job Search program. I found TEJS at a time when I was reformulating my value proposition in the workforce and struggling a bit to see my situation objectively. In today’s challenging hiring environment with a ATS and AI factors inhibiting the human connection, Molly helps her clients build the skills necessary to network and have conversations as opposed to stiff or ineffective interviews. This kind of direct coaching, with the added bonus of being among peers who are also highly skilled professionals, adds a depth and relevance to any focused job search. In addition, the techniques Molly provides in the TEJS modules and library are ones I will continue to apply for years to come.

Molly started with the basic question - when was the last time you had to do an actual job search? That resonated for someone who progressed without having to actually do one ground up for several years. Moreover at what seniority level? She is very detailed and has the material laid out methodically. The monthly deep dives, office hours and group coaching are very helpful and available as recordings for going over sections again or catching up on something you missed. Extremely helpful.

I connected with this coaching program from a video ad that spoke to me as someone who was laid off in a corporate setting and unemployed for many months.
