Career Confidence helps clients showcase their unique military experience and translate military jargon into a language that civilians can understand to ensure they stand out among other candidates.Her team of primarily veterans, military spouses, and military brats are dedicated to helping military service members transition into the civilian workforce. has worked with both enlisted and officers from every military branch and across a wide range of Military Occupational Specialty (MOS). And they are dedicated to helping military service members transition into the civilian workforce.They say business isn’t personal, but in my case, it is (in the best way possible!). A bit about me—I started my Career Confidence after being a military brat. I wanted to serve those who have spent most of their lives serving this great country and world.

Cassie Hatcher and Cherie Carr were amazing through the whole resume process. I provided my evaluations, awards, and a few other accomplishments then they went to work. They put in time and effort and dedicate their time to producing amazing work. Great experience and professionalism
Having just retired from the Marine Corps after 20 years, I realized I was definitely out of the resume game! After doing some research I reached out to the professionals at Career Confidence and could not be more happy!
