She came highly recommended and she really made me feel better about having a valuable tool that I know will aide me in my military transition. She also optimized my LinkedIn profile which is another great tool that I know will aide me in finding employment.

The process is comprehensive. Using an online portal makes communication, uploading documents, and tracking your project easy and user-friendly. Initial conversations made me feel confident and very optimistic. Cassie is very professional and easy to communicate with. Towards the end of the project, I felt there was less attention to detail and minor mistakes. This may have been due to Cassie's workload. Overall, I’m pleased with the products. Career Confidence exceeded expectations early in the project, but left me slightly unsatisfied in the end.
