“I"m truly thankful for Cassie’s superb support. Beyond the impressive resume work, she helped me understand how to translate my value from a military to business perspective. My transition would NOT have gone as smoothly without her expertise. After retiring, I accepted a role with Vatn Systems, an autonomous underwater vehicle startup. I couldn’t be happier with the role, company culture, compensation, and mission. In addition to a great resume, Cassie provided the education and guidance I needed to navigate the process successfully.

Cassie was incredible to work with! She took my military experience and translated it into clear, compelling civilian language for my master resume and LinkedIn profile. She took one of the main stressors of the transition process off my plate. It also gave me confidence that my resume and LinkedIn are in compliance with current market standards/expectations. She was professional, thoughtful, and seemed truly invested in getting it right. I highly recommend Cassie to any service member or veteran navigating the transition to civilian life!

Cassie has been my go-to resume writer for nearly a decade, dating back to my transition from the Army in 2016. Her resume, coaching, and LinkedIn support helped me secure multiple interviews and three offers for senior-level positions, ultimately helping me transition into a senior operations role with Amazon. As my career at Amazon progressed from operations leadership to General Manager and ultimately to a Level 8 Director of Operations role, I continued turning to Cassie to ensure my resume reflected my growing scope, leadership, and accomplishments. She has been a trusted resource at every stage of that progression. I’ve also referred numerous colleagues and fellow veterans to her because I trust the quality of her work and the personal attention she provides. Most recently, Cassie helped tailor my resume for a Boeing opportunity that brought me back to my roots in Army aviation. That makes two major career moves Cassie has helped me navigate—first Amazon and now Boeing. After nearly ten years of working together, from my initial military transition through executive-level leadership, I continue to trust her with my career and confidently recommend her to senior leaders and transitioning service members

The transition out of uniform is a hard process to navigate but working with Career Confidence made it easy to translate my accomplishments, establish my personal branding, and secure a great job for me and my Family. Thank you Cassie and Team!

Undoubtedly, hiring Cassie and her team will be one of the most valuable decisions I made during my transition from the Army. For most of my military career, I felt like I was just doing my job. I knew my experience translated to the civilian workforce, but how to communicate that value was always the question. As I started reading job postings and comparing my background against the qualifications for senior positions, I found myself feeling less optimistic and more concerned about how I would compete. It’s unbelievably difficult to translate real-world military experience into resume-appropriate language. Cassie and her team have an incredible ability to read between the lines, extract the value from what I considered ‘just doing my job,’ and communicate my skills, leadership, and experience in a way I never could on my own. I could not be happier with the end product. More importantly, I’m profoundly thankful to Cassie and her team for helping me recognize and articulate the value of my service. I cannot recommend them enough.

I can’t recommend Cassie at Career Confidence Resume Writers highly enough. As a military officer transitioning after 25 years of service, I needed someone who could translate a complex career into a resume that would actually resonate with civilian hiring managers. Cassie nailed it. She took the time to understand not just my job titles, but the substance behind them, and helped me lead with the experience that would matter most to the industries I’m targeting. The final product was polished, tightly written, and genuinely felt like me on paper instead of a generic military-to-civilian translation. If you’re navigating a transition — military or otherwise — and want a resume writer who listens, asks the right questions, and delivers real quality, Cassie is who you want in your corner.

Well worth it. I was initially skeptical of paying for resume or LinkedIn optimization services, but I'm thoroughly impressed with the results. Once I saw the first draft of my Master Resume, it really opened my eyes to how much I was short selling myself with the resume I wrote myself before contacting Cassie. Shortly after my LinkedIn was edited, I'm now working with a recruiter who reached out to me. Cassie and Aurora were very quick to answer all of my questions in a clear and detailed manner.

After being referred to Cassie by Bryan Fenton, and after having served for more than 30 years in U.S. Special Operations, I knew I needed more than a resume writer, I needed someone who could accurately translate a career of strategic leadership into language that resonated with executive audiences. Cassie invested the time to discover my career highlights and transform them into a compelling resume, LinkedIn profile, and executive biography. It ultimately helped me secure a Chief of Staff role at Strider Capital. If you're a senior military leader, executive, or transitioning service member looking for someone who truly understands how to position high-level leadership for today's business environment, I highly recommend Career Confidence. Cassie delivers far more than exceptional resumes—she creates personal brands that open doors.
