Worth every cent!
On a scale of one to 10 the entire CarEdge Concierge Service experience was a 10+! I simply cannot say enough good things about it!
i'm a middle aged single woman with a number of poor car dealership experiences in the past. I would rather go to prison, then have to go through the car buying process!! I was elated to stumble across the CarEdge channel in my YouTube feed one day. I watched video after video of Zack and Ray learning more and more invaluable information about the car research, negotiation and buying process than I ever could've imagined...and from an insiders perspective. Excellent Service From Stuart and CarEdge
Stuart was great! He found the car very close to my desired configuration and negotiated $3,600 below MSRP on a new 2026 Porsche Cayenne I didn't think this was possible at a Porsche dealer. Stuart kept in touch with updates and made the process very smooth taking the pressure off shopping and negotiations. Stuart and CarEdge are excellent and would recommend them to anyone shopping for a car.

Worth every penny

Great having an expert in my corner.
It was nice having an advocate on my side, and someone that I could ask questions without the pressure of the sale.
Stuart was available, responded quickly, and guided me through not only the negotiation stage, but was there for when the second phase of the loan kicked in with high pressure sales of various add ons. He answered my questions about the loan, the value of the options on offer, and gave me the piece of mind to push back where needed.
Debbie was great help in onboarding me to the process, and her general advise and candor was great. I did find the swap from her to Stuart a bit jarring. There was a window of time with no contact with either. I would have preferred the one point of contact through the process instead of two or a clear hand off point.
Once the process got going it went lighting fast, and I am very pleased with the end result.
