UPDATE: Carebox has been very accommodating and i did receive my tracking number for my 2nd shipment which will be here in time for my next injection. I am pleased with the response…..Initial post- The onboarding was great. It went very fast and was simple. The cost is affordable as well. The medication was “approved and sent to my pharmacy” the next day and I was told I would receive it within 3-5 days. IT TOOK A MONTH TO RECEIVE IT. I reached out during this wait and did get a response but that response also told me it would arrive within 3-5 days. It was a cut and paste blanket response and not problem solving at all. I now have been charged for my second month- 2 weeks after I got my initial months medication. My account says I have 3 payments and there should only be 2. I reached out asking if I would be waiting another month for the actual delivery and got no response. I guess I am going to see what happens and switch providers if I need to. I don’t need this to be yet another thing i need to manage and worry about every month. Overall I like the initial process and the actual medication. The delays and lack of communication are a problem. I am not asking for anything crazy here. I just want to get the experience, service and product I paid for and was promised. Apparently, some people do actually get that according to the reviews while it is also clear that some people don’t.

This is a horrible company! Not only did they get my meds wrong, there customer service department is not helpful at all. They do not call back, they do not do anything they say they will do. If I hear the words " we have esculated your concerns" one more time I will scream. There is no esculation process, I feel like they were just throwing words around to keep you waiting so you give up. I have been on my weight loss journey for well over a year and thought I would try to save money with another company. Even though I disclosed that I was on semaglutide for over a year, they sent a starter dose. I did communicate several times about the dosage and was assured that I would pick up where I left off. They still sent the wrong medicine. Trying to get the right meds was ridiculous! They could not get it together. I gave them several weeks and multiple communications with their reps, doctors, and supervisors, who assured me they would send the right meds. It never happened. After being told they were "esculating" my case AGAIN I gave up! Just requested a refund and moved on with another company. They could not even get that straight. I got my refund, but directly after, recieved a text denying my refund because I already recieved my meds. They were the wrong meds (useless) and I just cant trust a company that does business this way. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!.

Very disappointed in care box. Ive been on Tirzepatide for 6 months, doing great. Absolutly no side effects. I decided to try care box because of lower prices. They denied me because of I am 75. No other glp1 provider has ever said anything about age. Ive battled my weight my whole life. Glp1 is the first thing that really works. I even called them to find out why they denied me. The man said it was because I'm 75. So, if you are a senior citizen, dont waste your time with care box

So far, so good! I signed up on late Tuesday evening, and received my package the following Friday morning. Throughout the short process, customer service as been responsive and very welcoming. The packaging was stellar—it was packaged with thermal packaging and two large ice/gel cooling packs, and received a generous amount of syringes as well as injection instructions.

Toni is wonderful. She took care of me and called me back immediately. They took care of my problem quickly. And efficiently.

Everything good so far

Total money sham called to cancel this and they told me they would cancel order and didn’t send the prescription via FedEx with out so much as verifying my dosage!!!! Just to get the money trying to force me to give up and just pay I refuse to I do not trust this company I’ve spoke to GIA and although TONI was nice she was not able to resolve anything she wasted my time offered me half off then called the next day and said she could only give me 50 dollars for there mistake I will be reporting them most of these reviews are fake as well I thought the 4 stars meant it was a reputable place I guess I should have looked more into it!
