Unreliable
Delayed shipping is getting more common. My injection day is tomorrow and I can’t get confirmation my order has even shipped yet even though I was charged. Thinking of switching. They have too much competition out there to be like this. Their website doesn’t even show an active prescription but I called and confirmed I actually do.

These positive reviews has got to be hired writers/reviewers planted by the company because let me tell you this company is horrible!!!!! I have been trying to get my money or medication for over a week now with no luck. They are a scam!!! Do not deal with this company!!!!!

Customer service was amazing
Although I only used Carebox for a short time, my experience with their customer service was truly exceptional, thanks to Marie Antoinette, also known as Toni! She was absolutely amazing, professional, helpful, and genuinely wonderful to work with.
