As I was looking for different options to switch from semaglutide to tirzepatide, I came across Carebox. The cost was less than what I have seen anywhere else, and that first drew my attention. that is very appreciative. I have received phone calls checking in on me, which is very good, and so far the medication is working great as well

So far so GREAT! As of this moment, I have only experienced the “onboarding” process and I am loving them so far! I was marked a “no show” for my initial visit but after reaching out to Nathan via chat, speaking on the phone to Jennelle and getting set up with my plan with the Rn Geraldine, I am all set!! I came from another GLP-1 provider but I began seeing so many lawsuits coming up under them! I bailed! I will be leaving another review after I’m “IN”! TTFN ✌🏼

I received my first month of semiglutide and was happy with the results. When it came time for my renewal the order was not fulfilled automatically like it was supposed to be. I called several times and spoke with AI chats and my order was still not fulfilled due to high demand . My medication was supposed to be fulfilled by the first week of October . It’s is now October 21st and I still do not have my medication and will be missing 2 doses at this point . They tell me the medication was approved but not shipped . This is unacceptable and terrible practice being they tell you not to miss a dose . You are playing with people’s health. If you are unable to fulfill due to high demand maybe you should not accept so many patients . I was happy to receive my second vile that has yet to come but now I am sad to say I have cancelled my subscription at this point and will be looking for a new , more reputable company . Really poor patient care .

I have had such a great experience with this company. I filled out the form on a Wednesday and had my perscription the following Monday. When I had Questions for the pharmacist, they were very informative. When I had my online doctors appointment, it was professional. We signed my son up online for the carebox program, but some how my account got merged with my sons account and it delayed the process. We had a customer service agent that really took the time to help remedy the problem and her name was (Gia) she was so helpful with fixing the mix up. I'm so grateful 🙏 for her taking the time to listen to our problem and figuring it out. Thanks again (Gia) and CareBox.org
