I’m going on my second month of using…
I’m going on my second month of using Carebox, and so far it’s been great! I’ve even referred a few friends. I definitely recommend carebox!

Its been 3 weeks and Nothing
Its been 3 weeks since I ordered my GLP 1 medication and I still haven't got it. I should've never changed over price with the other company I paid just a little bit more and got it delivered the next day.

I received my first order of Tirzepatide
I received my first order of Tirzepatide the very next day, with a 3 month supply. They do offer different payment methods including flex pay. Everyone was very courteous, listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions, Janelle, Erica, Alex. They also helped me with my patient portal, there is no membership fee, and they offer optional nutritional services for an extra fee. So far, no hidden fees. They do have a VIP founding membership for $9 a month, includes unlimited coaching, dietitian consultation, weight loss tracking, expedite shipping and other benefits, but is also optional. You can cancel it anytime from your profile or by phone call. I am starting my journey so journey and feel this is very affordable to me.

I was completely mislead by this…
I was completely mislead by this company. I did not want the rehydrated powder form it's cheap and known for its issues. Nowhere on their site does it state this is what I would get! Even on their how to administer your glp1 it was structured to show the liquid admin instructions. I should have known better as it was so cheap. They refused a refund, had the wrong address and of course no comment on the misleading info on their site nowhere mentioning the reconstituted $20 crap they were pushing. Luckily it's only an $80 loss but I will make a stink for this misrepresentation! Go elsewhere and get the name brand stuff instead of trusting this low quality product and service these places are everywhere now which is scary

I cannot say enough good things about…
I cannot say enough good things about the customer service here. From the moment I reached out they listened with genuine patience and truly understood what I was going through. Instead of rushing me or offering a generic fix, they took the time to explain everything clearly and worked with me to find a solution that actually fit my situation. Finding this level of empathy, kindness, and professionalism is rare these days. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

So Frustrating!!!!!!
So Frustrating!!!!!! Why would you cancel my order? Stop making things impossible! Why do I have to reach out for things to be corrected? Get this right! You guys are so painful to work with. I really wish it was easier. No problem taking my money but shipping, horrible. Disappointed.
