Beware of CAREBOX
Don't use CAREBOX if your not in a rush to receive your prescription. I've been waiting for 2 weeks now and still no tracking information. The customer service copy and paste the same response when you call or email for an update about your package. "Thank you for reaching out! We can see that your refill payment was processed successfully and your prescription has been written by our medical team. However, we have not yet received confirmation from the pharmacy that the order has been received on their end. To ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible, we have created a support ticket with our pharmacy operations team. You should receive a confirmation email with an update within the next 24 hours" But if I dont use my package by the end of week I will be DISPUTING the charge. CAREBOX if you have a high demand item on back order then tell the customer or say it on website that the item will be delayed not After you paid for it. NEVER AGAIN beware of CAREBOX

Quick, efficient, and Supportive!
