I am so disappointed with the service I have received from Chase & EClaimsline. I have been given the absolute runaround for the last 5 months. A package was stolen from my house. I have video footage, provided all of the details, filed a police report, etc. I have STILL not been refunded. (Chase/EClaimsline claim to refund customers for stolen packages) The package was only worth a little over $30. Instead I have sent over 30 emails back and forth with EClaimsline since April. This is so disappointing. I am extremely let down with this service from EClaimsline.

After scraping the side of our rental car on a guardrail to avoid an oncoming vehicle in our lane, I filed a claim through our Chase credit card and provided the required documentation online. I received an email regarding additional paperwork needed, submitted it online, and as soon as the rental car company issued their final bill, Chase paid it in full. This is a great benefit, and I will definitely use this credit card for any and all car rentals in the future.

The auto collision damage waiver claim process was quick and easy. You just need to provide all documentation as requested. Sometimes it takes a while because not all information is available right away such as statement showing rental purchase, or especially the damage bill from the rental company (took 6 weeks post accident!!!) so you just need to update your claims administrator that its taking a while to get the information. All in all, pretty painless process and got all expenses paid for. Saved me a ton of money and trouble.

Provided documentation immediately for a car rental damage claim, after several weeks of watching status online showing "pending" called and was told that I needed to provide a copy of my statement showing that I paid the car rental for the damage. An option on filling out the claim was to state that I had not paid the claim, which is what I selected. I then messaged this to them in an email as they requested. After two more weeks of status showing "pending" called back to customer service and was told that my information had not yet been reviewed and they would expedite. Two weeks later, still "Pending" called and was told I was now in final stages of review and that within 5 days I would receive information if the claim was approved or not. Incompetence or a process designed to delay as much as possible. 8/21 update - I am happy to say that the day after writing a review on Trustpilot my claim was approved and moving forward for payment. 9/26 updating my star rating from 1 to 4, though I want to be specific that the 4 stars represents the tail end of journey, the beginning and middle were what they were.

Eclaimsline administrator used by Chase Credit Cards is a scam. For lost baggage insurance they are asking for receipts of all items in the bag to process the claim. Who in the world keeps receipts of everything they purchase in case the bag is ever lost. This is clearly a way to deny claim.

Filing a collision claim was very easy on their website. The response time was within the promised time frame (even a few days earlier). The claim was paid in full in a timely manner. Saved us a lot of money.

My flight was cancelled and then rescheduled to a connecting flight that required an overnight stay. I had to pay out of pocket for hotel/food expenses. The process was pretty easy and straightforward to file a claim online with Chase. There was a bit of back and forth requesting for additional information, but ultimately the claim was finalized without any need for a live call. My only complaint is that some of the fields were difficult to fill out (e.g. airline) if what you're looking for isn't in the drop-down list.

This is the worst insurance provider I have ever dealt with. They refused to honor my claim despite my best efforts. After an accident, I contacted customer service one week later to explain my situation. I informed them that I hadn't yet received the estimate from the car rental company. The representative advised me to wait until I had all the necessary paperwork before submitting my claim online. Once I gathered all the required documents and submitted my claim, it took them months to review it. They then claimed that I hadn't provided sufficient paperwork, and because the claim period had passed, they refused to process it. I disputed their decision, but after a year of repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I received the same outcome. I even provided them with the exact times I had spoken with their representatives, but their excuse was that they don't keep call records. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone. Wasting hours and its like you don't have the insurance. I don't know why Chase still using their service for their customer.
