I was very pleased with my eclaimsline experience. The initial submission was a bit cumbersome due to their need to substantiate our loss. Even so, it was straight forward. During the review their representative provided clear guidance on further information needed to document our claim. It took additional time to get our travel provider to respond to our requests for needed info. In the end our claim was approved and I was totally satisfied with the outcome.

Turnaround time was acceptable and I now have a partial settlement. Airline -credits expire in early 2025 and they will be addressed at that time. Live discussions with specialists were informative and appreciated.

The claim process took almost 3 months after repeatedly sending all the documents. I almost gave up when they keep asking the same documents. Finally they paid my claim. I will still use the card for rental cars.

I filed a straightforward claim 4 months ago, providing all necessary documentation in the correct formatting both via their site and through one concise email. They have dragged me along for 4 months, long drawn out phone calls 2x per week and there is always an excuse, confusion on their end as to why it hasn't yet been accepted, and a new way they want me to resubmit the same documents. I feel this is a scam meant to drag out until I give up. I know I am in the right here because they would have simply denied my claim long ago if not. complete scam.

If there was an option of zero stars, I'd give it. Horrible customer service. I filed a claim EIGHT MONTHS AGO. I emailed and called about FIFTY times (no exaggeration). I get nothing but the run around. After FIVE months they finally decided that they received all the paperwork (which I had to submit more than once). The field investigator said he called the rental agency, yet the rental agency has no record of their name or number. I begged eclaims many times to call me back - that was MONTHS ago, still no call back. I simply don't know what to do at this point. I even tracked down the underwriter of the policy, they too say Eclaims must help me. So I'm hoping this review will get them to reach out and help me. They made the process very easy and handled my claim with care. it took less than a month from the time I filed the claim to when I received the check for reimbursement. I only spoke with 1 rep and the rest of the communication was through email, which I preferred.

My claim was handled fairly and in a timely manner. It was a fairly easy process. It definitely helps to have all your documents readily available.

Amazing service and very effective processing of the claim. Friendly and professional team managing the claim with follow up as explained. I really didn’t think the insurance coverage would be as good as it was, so will use my chase card more for travel purchases.
