Capital Surveying SuppliesReviews of capitalsurveyingsupplies.com

Great service, orders ship out quickly.

I recently gave Capital Surveying a two star review due to not receiving my order. A representative promptly called me after and we worked out the issue. The representative was very professional and resent my order to me expedited free of charge along with a small care package. Come to find out it wasn't there fault to begin with and fell on USPS. After receiving the expedited order my original order arrived some days later. I reached out to them so I could return the original order and they said to just keep it, that it was "on the house". Big thanks to Joel and Sergio. Capital Surveying is top notch in my book and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

The people were great to deal with but had no idea what was happening with my order. It took numerous phone calls, from me, to get the problem figured out. We ended up getting our money back. No problems with the refund. It was an inventory issue on their end.

Capital Surveying shipped my order within 4 hours. Now that's FAST!

Competitive price and shipped immediately.

Website easy and convenient for placing your order and response was quick after your order

I found the right product at a fair price from Capital Surveying. They were very proactive with my order and it's tracking. Also, the shipping cost was reasonable so I have no reservations whatsoever in giving them 5 out of 5 gold stars. Regards, Jon
