Shipped when promised. Contacted Capital Surveying Supplies to check if they had a particular piece of equipment in stock. They did and I ordered it on a Tuesday and it was at our business by Friday. Great!

I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Before placing my order, I called and asked about shipping times and they stated they didn't have what I wanted in stock. They told me they would order the product themselves and it would be a bit of time before I got the order. After I placed the order, I inquired about it a week later through their website message board. Not long after that, they FedEx'd it to me.

For some reason my shop keeps loosing the brass piece that connects the quadpod to the GPS receiver. Without it we can't do our job. I am so glad I found Capital Surveying Supplies because they had exactly what we needed, in the amount we needed, and now we can do more than one survey at a time. You guys rock.
