I would’ve place an order the 18th Feb and I’m still awaiting the package to be delivered since it wasn’t available and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. (had to call for an update and there was no further update on how soon they will receive the item from the manufacturer) .

Hello Ms. Clarke, Any orders that come in during the weekend, we do not ship until the following Monday. Our business hours are 7:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. According to our tracking information, you placed your order Friday evening, Feb 17th, it was shipped on Monday the 20th, and delivered on Thursday the 23rd to the address you provided. You paid for Ground shipping, and in accordance with the ETA of any ground shipping, you got your order in a timely manner. We are a family-owned and operated business. If you could be so kind as to retract the One Star review, that would help us out a great deal. We appreciate your business and imput very muchj.
