Cannon Armory A64 purchased 02/21/2014. EMP lock started acting up in January 2017. I could NOT get the electronic lock to open. I called Cannon customer support and they work with me to try and get the EMP lock to work. Changed 9V battery to new. Still not working. Customer Support arranged for a locksmith to come out and replace the EMP lock. The new EMP lock was installed but it was very difficult to turn the manual dial. The lock smith exchanged to old lock mechanism for the new lock mechanism and the new keypad. It is now working fine. Thanks. I love this safe. However if you are going to put anything heavy on the two top shelves you will need to add support under the bottom of the top shelves to keep them from sagging. Cannon support is great. Lifetime warranty if for real.

Very nice gun safe for my needs, storage for multiple hunting rifles and a few hand guns.

Spoke with a woman on the phone who was so patient with me as my ent lock had stopped working and I couldn't get the safe unlocked. Not only did she help me manually unlock it but also had a locksmith come out and replace the lock at no charge. Excellent customer service and I will send my friends to cannon first because of it.

It's really a great safe for the price. My main concern was safety to keep my firearms secure from the children in the house, goal accomplished. The safe had hole drilled in the metal near the back bottom corner, i'm assuming on other models it maybe used for and electric connection. I used the hole and wired up LED lighting inside my safe along with a dehumidifier. There are much more expensive safes out there but for the money you can't beat the value of this Cannon Safe.
