It should be less than 1! I ordered a replacment key for my biometric lock box, oner two weeks still no key! Called 3 times, gave them order number, said I would have it three days ago, NOTHING. Called yesterday, another half hour on hold they gave me a USPS tracking number! Tracked it and it was delivered to a house in Orlando, IM IN ARIZONA! These people are either totally incompetent or just dont give a dam I think I might just drill this one out and take it back to costco for a refund/replacement!

I got a gun safe from Cannon and the door dose not seal at all it also has a lot of play in the door. I've try to call and have it fixed and I get no were. I will never buy a new safe from Cannon agen. I'd sooner spend more $ and know my stuff is going to be ok the to buy this POS agen. If Cannon wants to fix my safe then I'll change this

Bought a 64 gun safe in june it was missing the inside door panel!! Called cannon and yeah no problem we'll send you one so 5 months later and 2 door panels shipped to me that does not fit later i still do not have one.. spoke with Joe Ayon at beginning of sept. He said give him a few hours and he would check on the 3rd replacement panel and call me back by the beginning of nov. I had gave up on his call and called them once again i was told they would check on my order and get back in touch guess what beginning dec and im still waiting!! Worst company ever only reson i bought it was for the lifetime warranty which is absolutely worthless!!!!!!!!!

Locking mechanism won't open. This is crap and now I have to find someone to drill it. Changed the batteries and everything. Not good when you need to open it.

I Bought this safe 3 days ago and it is busted already. Called customer service last night was told it was most likely because I didn't put new batteries in it. So after spending 15 dollars on batteries it still is stuck shut. As a average american who is trying to protect his family while keeping his guns secure by buying a GUN SAFE I have no access to my protection because the safe I spent hundreds of my hard earned dollars on busted in 3 days and now have to wait for a rep to come open and fix whatever the issue is. Still has not been resolved or a time frame for it to be fixed been given. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY! Update- They fixed issue for now hope it stays that way.

This company is absolutely pathetic Their customer service is non existant They absolutely will not honor their warranty DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR Products They suck period. They will not call u back or keep their promises. Caveat Emptor

I am a locksmith who has recently opened 3 failed cannon safe electronic locks.(without drilling). This company is using an inferior interior lock if you want to call it that. These "locks" are a small electronic solenoid with a short flimsy pin that when electrified gets drawn in to allow passage of the cheap bolt works assembly. Also, the key pads are shorting out on a regular basis. Folks giving good reviews of these safes have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to the lock. Any safe lock I can open in 5 seconds is no security at all!! If you need help opening one of these, especially the Safari Series, please contact me. I can save you headaches and get you access to your interior easily.

Had my Cannon Scout for about 5 years. When the battery died I changed it and have not been able to get into the safe. I called customer service which offered to send out new control panel for free. Great, but I need to hire a locksmith to drill into the safe and get in before the new keypad will work. This is at my expense. I called and also emailed company to no avail. Obviously the digital system is junk and you may end up with a 650 pound paper weight. What good is a warranty if the customer must pay the expensive fee of hiring a locksmith?
