I have had customer service ticket #173138 open for months, and the customer service has been essentially nonexistent. The keypad lock beeps when I enter the correct code, but the safe will not open. Despite having an open service ticket for months, I have received little to no meaningful assistance in resolving the problem. I deeply regret purchasing this safe. I originally wanted to leave this review on the Turner Outdoorsman website, but I noticed they no longer carry this brand of safe. Based on my experience, I can understand why. If you are considering purchasing a Cannon Safe, I strongly recommend researching other options before making your decision. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I needed help with a safe that was installed in my home prior to purchase. The customer service rep helped me find the manual and got a ticket started to get the emergency key I needed.

I had a problem with the keypad and the great customer service helped me get back in my safe in no time at all. Thanks

Customer service was responsive and polite. but unable to resolve my problem. I requested a replacement key several years ago, which my husband lost. I was trying to get another replacement key, and knew the process required notarization and snail mail. They can no longer replace a key unless the customer has the key code from inside the safe. The safe is locked, so I don’t have access to the code. I wouldn’t need to purchase a key if I had the code. If we want to get it open we’ll have to have a locksmith come out.

Francisco was very responsive and helpful. Gave me the info I needed and in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to reach out again given this positive experience.
