The worst company, should have done my research before ordering. Has fraudulently charged my credit card twice without me every having received any products from them and without my authorization.

The search was really worth it. I really prefer shopping online as it’s convenient for a person like me who uses the ecommerce platform. Thank you for your services.

Buyer BEWARE!! You know that saying "if it is too good to be true, it probably is?" Well this company is a sham and hopefully the products they are passing off as the real thing (note: they are NOT) just have harmless ingredients in them, but why take a chance? I ordered from this company months ago. When the product finally arrived (6 weeks from order date!) it was in a totally different box, the product was larger than the product I was used to (Comfortis) and since I already suspected this place was selling fakes I immediately called the manufacturer of Comfortis and they were appalled that this company was selling a product, that requires a prescription, without one and furthermore there were several red flags that this product was definitely NOT the legitimate one! I am thankful I suspected this company was a scammer and fortunately had already filed a claim with my credit card company (happy to say I got my money back) and my bank and Elanco (the makers of Comfortis) said they are doing an investigation. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY SELL FAKE PRODUCTS. The "customer service" people (it always sounded like the same guy when I called. I swear once it sounded like I had woken him up!) were rude and would just hang up on me when I asked them questions about the reliability of the products they sell. Also, this company is now in New Zealand! It sounds like maybe they keep moving around to avoid prosecution! BEWARE AND DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only did it take 5 weeks for my order to ship, it was then “returned to sender”. When I contacted them they said I needed to handle it myself with USPS. USPS told me they had to approve it but they continued to refuse to help. I disputed the $140 charge with my bank - I am so grateful they actually deliver appropriate customer service. Canada pet care is the worst. Save yourself the headache and order anywhere else!!!

I made two orders with this company. Made the 2 days apart. Had to adjust both orders & emailed customer service to do so. 2nd order I needed a refund on one of the products. (Accidentally ordered 2 instead of 1 🤦🏻‍♀️) Anyways. They were quick to get back to me. 24hrs & Gave me my refund. It showed up in my bank a few days later. Now with the Covid situation going on they say delivery is slowed, which I can understand. It took a month to receive my 2nd order. Everything was there & no issues. Just slow to receive it. I’m Still waiting on my 1st order (yes, I received my 2nd order first) It said it was shipped on 4/27/2020 (I purchased it on 4/17/2020) but the only info was a label created for it on 5/2/2020. I contacted customer service, they gave me an update on my order and updated my order info on Usps so I can track it “better”. It says it just left the original port on 5/20/2020. I’m thinking someone screwed up and didn’t ship it like they we’re supposed or Covid really put a stop to things in New Zealand. 1st order came from the UK, 2nd is coming from New Zealand. Even though I’m having a bit of an issue I’d still order from them again. Customer service is quick to reply, the product is very reasonably priced. (Bought two packs of Comfortis for what I’d pay for one.) Plus I was able to get a refund for a mistake I made. Oh! And the product actually works! Fleas are dead 💀 I’d give the company 5 stars if I hadn’t had the issue with my 1st order.

AVOID this place! Shipping takes 4-5 weeks and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Avoid!!!! Avoid!!!!

I'd not give 1 star if that was an option! I placed an order back in March and started emailing them 4/7/2020 to get a status. Since then I've received 16 formatted emails saying that I should've received my order. No order as of 5/14. They're wanting to offer me a 20% discount or they want my permission to go into my bank account and get the money for an order that I've yet to receive!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! OR you just might find your bank account coming up short or them calling you a liar saying that you did get it.

I ordered approximately $50.00 worth of stuff from this so called company, and I never received the product. I did contact NORTON, their guarantee specialist to get your money returned if not satisfied. I did in fact complain to the Norton company and my money was returned to my bank account within 2 weeks. As of now, I'm receiving numerous emails from this fraudulent company, Canada Pet Care, saying I should send back the money or I could keep it and apply a 20% discount lol. These people are not in Canada, but the UK and they order their products out of Singapore and other far away countries. I ordered some flea repellent, that goes by the name, Revolution, which I didn't know it at the time, only a Veterinarian can prescribe it. This so called company, is full of malfeasance and shame, shame on Google in assisting these foreigners to rip Americans off! As stated earlier, they keep sending me emails and I do reply with extremely rude comments, but they will not relent. The NORTON company dropped them, and it's no longer advertised on their fraudulent website, but they will tell you, they are still connected lol. Go ahead, infest your beloved fur babies, you will regret it in the end.
