Sorry, I can't agree with any of the negative reviews. This site is definitely not a scam. Ordered Nexgard, it was shipped immediately, I was provided tracking, and it arrived within a week sealed in the original packaging at half the cost of other pet pharm sites. Will definitely be using again.

I gave this website a shot after the countless ad’s I see about them. The order process was fast and easy. This is where that positive experience ended. I never could track my package even tho I paid extra for tracking. It ended up in my mail box 2 weeks after I ordered it. Based off the packaging it came from the UK. Upon opening the package it was not even what I ordered. It was cat medicine when I ordered dog and tick prevention. I have called and emailed them. The customer representative over the phone sounded suspicious of me and demanded I email pictures of everything which of course I sent in. I am still waiting for an answer on if I will be receiving my flea and tick prevention medication. Luckily my credit card company says I have 90 days to dispute this charge. This company seems to forget I am the customer and needs to send their call takers through training. Demanding pictures and making accusations is very unprofessional. I will continue to pay a higher price to buy my flea medicine from my local Vet.

Canadian pet care is NOT in Canada. You don't know where there medicines are manufactured but they are shipped from the UK (so they tell you) and it can take 2 weeks top get them. One review said the Revolution they ordered was manufactured in South Africa and did not work. Please be very careful when ordering from this company. If it isn't based in Canada it should not be called Canadapetcare.com.

I don’t normally trust online sites with my debit card numbers. The only reason I purchase from this website is that they have a secure payment method. Thus, guarantee makes me feel more confident in shopping with this company. At least I don’t have to worry about any fraudulent activity on my card. In fact, I have used the treatments purchased from this site on my cats and they are also of decent quality, so I’m very happy!

I’m writing back as before I only left a review that I placed the order and had no complaints so far. Well I received my package and I was very surprised on how fast the shipping was due to Covid and also being Christmas time. I have shipped out very small things to relatives many weeks ago around the same time placing this order and they still haven’t received their package for Christmas and doesnt even look like it’ll arrive on time. But my pet meds did and I’m very happy with that and very surprised. The meds came in its original box and package unopened. I have administered the Bravecto And it’s working excellent I would 100% recommend this company and continue doing business with them! thank you very much Canadapetcare!

The Revolution does not work. Since I am a breeder, I ordered 4 boxes. The Revolution boxes said that the plant that manufactured it is in South Africa. It is COUNTERFEIT. I spent over 200.00. My animals are suffering because they have flea allergies. I ordered 3 years ago and the Revolution box said Manufactured in Indonesia. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I have ordered several times from Canada Pet Care and am very pleased with the products. It works on my pets. The shipping time is great usually 7 to 10 days from date of order.

I had a couple of queries regarding my order and its contents, and the people here were extremely helpful! Kudos to the team for always being attentive. Will continue ordering from this site.
