For many years i am a customer of Canada Pet care and must say, that I never had a problem with them. Product doesn't work? Call them, tell them and you get a refund, this happened to me, they make it right. They were very friendly and helpful. If they send you products which are made in the UK, Germany or Australia, who cares, as long as they work. If a pet has a reaction to the product, I don't think it is their fault, it can happen with any product made here in the US as well. I saved hundreds of dollars by getting my supplies from them, and believe me with 10 dogs and 5 cats you need to be up-to-date with flea and heartworm meds. And thanks to Canada Pet Care I can manage to keep my pets healthy. I am glad to have them , you want them to be shut down? Hey, why? You will pay a lot more elsewhere. So you are not happy, don't buy again but those who are happy with them, still need them. They are not in Canada but uses Canada in their name? So what, Canada doesn't mind.... If you had problems with them in 2020 because of Covid19, they mentioned on their web site that they will not be able to supply their customers for a while and when it became kinda normal again they wrote that as well.

This site is extremely misleading to the point of being fraudulous. It's called "CANADA" Pet Care, yet all prices shown are in USD, but there's no mention of that fact anywhere. They claim shipping is FREE on all orders, yet when you indicate Canada as shipping address, they add $10 shipping fee without any warning. I'm not surprised at all by the accounts of counterfeit products I'm seeing here. Also, CanadaPetCare is the same company as CanadaVetExpress. Don't be fooled and stay well away from these guys. I signaled them to the authorities and invite everyone else to do the same.

They shipping out my order fairly quick and I got it in about 2 weeks. The only reason I give them 4 stars is that the heartgard plus medicine I ordered was not what was pictured. Instead I got the Canadian version of heartgard, however it works for my dogs and so far they haven’t reacted negatively to it.

I am usually a regular customer. I have three cats and thought I would order a sufficient amount of Revolution at one time to last a while. In 2017 I ordered Revolution for 149.00 which is a lot of money and it should contain good product. The last pkg I was opening to put on my cats three tubes were empty. The expiration date on this pkg. 9/22. They are telling me I had to complain with in one month which is ridiculous that they expect me to open up every blister pack before a month to check their work to see if the manufacturing filled the tubes correctly. If I would have done that perhaps the product would have even evaporated more... They are telling me I didn't store it right which is ridiculous also for it is stored in normal temperature. I have a call in to the manager. If they do not replace the empty tubes I will not order from them again. Be careful this company is not very reputable to their customers.

Purchased nearly $200.00 worth of products from this company. Dog had an allergic reaction from the flea meds. When trying to return, found out I had to send them back to the U.K. at my expense. Return shipping would be nearly the cost of the meds. Will buy only from in the United States from now on!

Received exactly what I ordered in less than a week UK to East Coast. Will definitely use again.

I was scared to place a order with so many bad reviews. I'm so tired of the vets charging so much money for office visits and blood work in order to get the medication you know your dog needs, especially end of life care like mine. I Placed my order and got a order confirmation for Rimadyl and it showed up 5 days later. This is for my dogs arthritis, He can't walk without it. I highly recommend using Canadapetcare.

After reading so many positive reviews, I went against my instincts and ordered Seresto collars. All four of them were counterfeit. Please don't waste your time or money.
