Good delivery guarantee. I've ordered before from Canadapetcare. In october i ordered some nexgard spectra. It has been sitting in Canada Customs now for more than 3 weeks. I am not sure what's going on. I'm giving a good review because when i contacted Canadapetcare, i spoke to Nick who agreed that since i had been waiting more than 20 business days and that was beyond their standard guarantee delivery, they refunded me without question. If i do receive the order, they told me i can return it or keep it for a further discount. To me, that is a good company that stands by their policy. Some things are out of our control but Canadapetcare does stand by their guarantees I appreciate that they have the integrity to do so!

I was really hopeful because the prices were great but when the products arrived, I compared them against the real ones I had bought through legitimate agencies and the ones received from this company were very evidently fakes. I'm worried I'm not going to get my refund because the entire process was sketchy when I requested a return.

I have ordered Nexgard Spectra twice and both times have received exactly what I ordered within 10 days. I was pleased with this arrival time as I understand that orders can take up to 3 weeks. The prices are in $US dollars so for non-US orders, this will be converted on your credit card which I was aware of from reading on the website. Even with the exchange, I find the prices very competitive for a supplier to Canada and will continue to order from Canadapetcare.

Ordered flea med from this Supposedly Canadian company. Arrived on time, it was what I ordered BUT my invoice DID NOT SAY US$ I found out once I received my visa bill. This is NOT a Canadian company and I feel duped because of name and logo. This company’s headquarters are in England.

Very disappointed they had a sale they took my order for revolution and now they say they’re out of stock for the things I ordered and I have to wait two weeks for a refund. Tried to sell me knock off brand flea meds for same price; ummm No!! This company is sketchy!!! Buyer beware 😞

I made a very large order since I have 16 dogs. I ordered revolution for dogs. They sent me an email stating I call them. They told me revolution was out of stock but that they would replace it with the generic brand. I said fine are you going to refund the difference since revolution is a lot more expensive. They said they could not do that. So they allow people to order the revolution at a higher price, then say they are out of stock, then say they can’t refund the difference. Seems like a scam to get extra money by allowing people to order the higher price name brand then saying it’s out of stock but they can’t refund the difference. No thanks I will order from somewhere else. My first and last time doing business with this shady company. There’s better companies out there

I have been asking this company for 3 years to stop spamming me. They will stop for a couple months then start again. I have emailed them over and over but they won’t stop spamming me. Don’t do business with them unless you want to be hounded for the rest of your life!!!

Bought heartworm meds, thinking it was based in canada, but its based in the UK. Anyway i received what i was suppose to and looks legit. Happy overall but did take 12 days to recieve it.
