Their products are fine, my issue is every time I have ordered I automatically get charged $9.99 for tracked shipping and they don’t give the tracking number. When you contact customer service they just keep sending automated response. Worse customer service!

I've ordered Simparica Trio for my chihuahua from this company. The package was stolen by USPS in the metropolitan area close to my city. CanadaPetCare re-shipped the package, and I got a replacement within a week. Truly amazing customer service. Thank you so much guys. Special thanks from my chihuahua - no more ticks for her.

Ordered a med for my dog on May 17 and nearly a month later it still hasn't arrived. According to tracking information, it's still sitting in customs, where it's been sitting since the day after I ordered it nearly a month ago. Contacted them several times, the last time they assured me I would have it by the end of that week. Nothing. Super disappointed.

Did not get what I ordered. I wanted flea/tick medication of a specific kind for my adult cats and received something for tiny kittens. Not happy. Do not trust this company.

they said my order was shipped on the 6th of April , so just 5 days ago but they gave me a shipping number for usps ? i live in Canada & my address reflects that. so when i checked the shipping number , it came up with it never being in there system. now i sure hope there is a mistake & my tick meds come for my pup. As of now i am thinking this company is a scam, if i do receive my goods i will change this rating .
