They promised shipment between 7-14 days. Called Canadapetcare 16 days later, I was asked to wait another week. That week came, no products, was asked to wait another week, still no results. I canceled the order asked for a reference # said they would email it. Guess what? No response and no confirmation #. No communication since. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Rip off

They are not in Canada, most of their medical type products(flea/parasite) cannot be shipped to Canada and they are aware of it. They will still take the order and your money and try to send it. Also for over a year I have been unsubscribing from emails, yet still receive them regularly.

Placed an order on 27 March, charged my credit card and today, 25 April (a month later), I get an email saying my order is cancelled. No reason, just USED my money for FREE for a month!!! Absolute SCAMMERS!!! And why their name says CANADA pet care, nobody knows, as they do not do business in Canada, and are based in the UK.....Misleading like no other, and use my money to FUND their business.....

I can say the prices are reasonable BUT they say they're in Canada and the meds are being shipped out of the UK The site said 7-14 days for the arrival of my order After placing my order I inquired on where my tracking number was since i paid extra for thie option. And i was informed via email that my order was being shipped out of the UK and would now be 14-21 days for delivery. It is now 12 days fron day of placing the order and my package hasn't even made it to the US yet, so my tracking number won't even work yet. Because the order isn't even close to arriving i have to take my cat to the vet if its not here by Monday to get what we need. I'd just like to say thanks Canada Pet Care for costing me $130 for something that should've cost me $35 had it arrived when it was supposed to. You need to be honest about where meds are coming from and how long it is really going to take.for customers to get their stuff up front instead of after they complete their order 😡

I have made several orders from Canada Pet Care for my dogs and my cat. I am pleased with the delivery speed and the product quality. I would suggest paying the extra for shipping to also get the tracking of your order. It does seem to be delivered faster, plus you have a tracking verification number of your order. Just makes sense.

I called the company, which I thought was located in the US because the prices were in US dollars. I am Canadian and knew that this company was not from Canada. I was answered by someone with a thick Indian accent. I called back with another question and was answered by someone else, also with a thick Indian accent. RED FLAG! I wanted to know the amount of medication in their Nexgard Spectra product because the picture did not show it, whereas it does on legitimate sites. It took him quite a while to come back with an answer (the exact amount shown on the boxes from reputable sources) - probably after checking a legit site! Now, I don’t know if they are legit or not, but it doesn’t smell good to me. How do you know how much medication the product really contains, or if it actually contains the medication at all? How in the world can you trust a company that passes itself off as being Canadian in order to ride on the coattails of a country known for its ethics and values? Shame on them! Please do not jeopardize your pets’ (or your) health with this outfit! Pay more from a reputable source and have the peace of mind that maybe you avoided a big mistake. PLEASE!

Simparica arrived expired and in German (which makes it difficult to determine its validity). Took over 30 days to arrive. I paid for tracking and the meds did not come from Canada.
