In USA placed order 2 months ago. I have never recieved the order. Asked for refund, was told it was issued and never got that either. A Canadian company that ships from Germany and is managed in India? Something not right!

Have ordered previously with no problems but was also unaware that this company is not located in Canada until now. I see authenticity of product being called into question. This order placed 1/7/2023. they did not send out supposedly until the 15th. Showing to have been received in German customs on the 25th and then again on the 26th. Looks like going to have to buy local and dispute credit card charge because 23 days & counting.

They do not keep their shipping promise. I expected my product before the end of Jan and now they are saying mid-Feb. They are always late with their deliveries but never this late. They customer service is very generic and you don't get clear answers. This time I ordered flea medication and because the order will be so late I will have to now buy it locally to keep my dog protected. I was told they were running late because of festivities ... WHAT Festivities take place mid January. I do not recommend this company

I received topical dewormer and 3 Seresto collars for my cats at less than half the cost of what I would have paid in the US. Products were genuine, shipping was as fast as it could be, coming from the UK. Will definitely purchase from them again. Excellent customer service as well.

I'm amazed a company like this can stay in existence. After sending a confirmation email and charging my credit card three weeks ago, they then canceled the order and after three weeks haven't refunded my money. It is very hard to reach them by phone or email. Luckily, my credit card company reimbursed me. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THEM. (They're not even in Canada but in the U.K. somewhere.) The good reviews all sound fake, but the one star ones are for real.

This js not a company I would use again. I placed an order 16 days ago, it has said shipped since a day or 2 after I ordered but I have received nothing. If I 2anter to track the order it cost extra so that is not an option I picked, didn't think it was right to charge for that. If you need something sooner for your pet I would recommend locally or a better company.

Canadapetcare claims "Every purchase made at canadapetcare.com is followed up with 'Money Back Guarantee'. In the case, your order is not delivered within 21 business days, or if you are not satisfied with your order after receiving, please contact our customer service team and we'll offer you complete refund for the purchase.". They also state, "In case, your order is not delivered within 21 business days, we'll provide you with a complete refund of the purchase or reship the order as per your convenience. ". They don't!! Were contacted and refused saying USPS tracking says it was delivered. It wasn't. They want written verification from USPS and they know USPS won't do that. Not exactly hassle free. They do NOT stand behind their guarantee. Don't use them. Addendum: After posting this (and sending them a copy) they have decided to honor their refund. Upgraded from 1 to 2 star.
