I’m a repeat customer of CanadaPetCare. In Sept, I ordered NextGard for my senior dog. Weeks went by with no delivery. In mid-Oct, I called the company & was told by Kristy that it was supposedly delivered 4 days after my order. I suspect it was never mailed.

I placed my order, it came from Singapore, not Canada, and took close to 3 weeks to arrive. The product(generic flea treatment) did not work, so I went on the site to leave a full review of how the product did not work for me. The review was never published on their site. I checked the other reviews and they are all positive, so I am guessing they do not allow negative reviews in order to boost sales.

I Paid 29.00 and 19.95 fee back Aug 21 2023 this year. While waiting for the application process. My debit card was stolen in Sept 01 2023 and I called customers service told them my debit card was stolen, I to have to cancel the card. They told me to call back the next day nothing just the running around. They not willing to give me back my money on my new debit card WOW.

Received a package from Singapore, far from "Canada Pet Care". Spoke to a rep who said they moved to the UK and now have warehouses in 3 countries, none of which are CANADA. Deceptive practice at best, down right fraud at worst. I'm now wondering if my dog got severely ill from the first time I ordered and got a product I assumed was the same as the US version. I was assured that it was. I called Zoetis today and was told this company is not authorized to sell the Revolution equivalent in the United States. I'm instructed to mail back the product for a refund. I'm scared for other dogs who may get sick if this is not legitimately a Revolution equivalent. I am devastated to think I may have poisoned my dog in trying to save money from overpriced medicine in the US.

I recently ordered "Generic Heartgard Plus" from CanadaPetCare.com. The description gives you every indication that the product contains both ivermectin AND pyrantel, just like the brand name Heartgard Plus. The item that I received was ivermectin ONLY, and when I contacted them, they argued with me and wouldn't make things right. They also shipped me my package from SINGAPORE, making the very name "Canada Pet Care" misleading and deceptive.

Fake,Fake, Fake. Seresto cat collars I purchased 10 in two orders. now out about $500. I Called Elanco and this pet store is not a client of theirs. Packages look REAL. Maybe they did not know. They were NOT supplied from Elanco.

Ordered Revolution for Puppies and Kittens and received a counterfeit unlicensed product. I wish I would’ve checked before purchasing, but after a few red flags I did more research online and confirmed they are not an authorized seller of this medicine. I’m so grateful I checked before using this on my furbabies. Do not trust this seller. Who knows what is in these ‘medicines.’

I ordered 3 Seresto Flea collars for small dogs. They came fairly quickly considering they were supposedly shipped from Canada. These collars are worthless. After contacting Seresto Customer Service they verified CANADAPETCARE.COM is not an authorized seller of their Seresto products. Again, these collars are a worthless wanna-be knock-off. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company if I do not get this resolved with this company.
