I ordered two sets of Nexgard for large dogs. Supposed to be twelve months, plus two free (14 months total). What I received was OPENED boxes which were supposed to contain three doses each. But instead had seven doses crammed into four 3 dose opened packages. Who wants meds that look tampered with in open boxes? And shipped from SINGAPORE. Not Canada. I'm now thinking these are fakes. Possibly unsafe to give my dogs. Never ever buying from them again and will tell everyone I know to stop buying from this company.

The prices are amazing. The products are amazing and customer service is absolutely wonderful. I can't recommend it more.told all my friends about it Makes it a little easier having pets thank you

I have been ordering from Canada pet care for years and have never had a problem with their products. I see many negative reviews but none saying their products don’t work. I don’t care if they are authorized to sell Revolution here or not. I buy Selehold which is generic Revolution dirt cheap. Less than $10 per dose. Zoetis can say what they want I will always buy from canadapetcare

I recieved from Singapore, I don't want it.

Wish there was a -5 star. Been using their products for some time and wondered why they don't work well. Received my latest order today and it was posted from Singapore. 1st time I could see where it came from. VERY DECEITFUL JP Katlun

I had order from them before an it work fine but this time I order frontline plus an first I notice the box was different when I received it but I thought I have not had a issue before so I went ahead an use it an within a week my cats had fleas an had sores on them from digging at them

Not in Canada. Package was received from Singapore, and went straight into the trash. Not risking giving my dog counterfeit products. Very disappointed in this company blatantly deceiving the public on their location.

Canada Pet Care is NOT located in Canada and does NOT ship to Canada! The website name is false advertising and is misleading Canadian Customers. After spending precious time loading my cart, typing in billing and shipping information, applying a discount, and creating an account, I received a message 'We are not shipping to Canada' when I tried to submit my order. I contacted customer service and they confirmed that CanadaPetCare.com DOES NOT SHIP TO CANADA. I then wanted to delete my account, but I can't find anywhere to do this. I asked customer service to delete my account and I'm waiting for an answer. Apparently, they are located in the UK.
