I was nervous ordering from here after reading mixed reviews but arrived on time! No problems for me.. Will be ordering again for sure

Decided to 'risk it' since the price was good, despite the subpar Trustpilot reviews. Ordered 1 item for around $50 USD. Received expected item. The shipping timing was good and reasonable.

This was not a good experience. I made a large several item order. No acknowledgement. Three weeks later, I received one item that was marked irregular. When I eventually got a hold of customer service, which was in and of itself a challenge, they said they would precess a return, but I have heard nothing. Camp savers is not a legit site. Beware.

HORRIBLE! I so wish that I had read the reviews before ordering from them. I am concerned that they now have information about me. For sure this is NOT a legit site!

Placed an order which was shipped via UPS - order was over $1600.00. Received a confirmation that it was delivered, though it never was. Campsaver would NOT return emails, so I disputed the charge with my credit card. Two months later, it arrives. Campsaver instantly contacted me for their money. Communication is terrible, order process was terrible. I would NEVER place an order with this company again.

They shipped me the wrong item, and after reading everyone else's review it was probably intentional. I'm guessing that the email I will "eventually" receive will state the item is on backorder. I should have done my research before purchasing from this sham co. DO NOT BUY FROM CAMPSAVER.

Communication is poor, while they do not have a contact number listed they also do not reply back via email. My order was supposed to be delivered 15 days ago which obviously did not reach me. Upon checking I found out Courier company is sending it back due to missing invoice. The first email they replied that they will send and give new shipping information but after 15 days still no updates. I have requested them for update via email, Twitter, Facebook. Funny thing is even without receiving the item I get emails from them asking how do I like my item :D Anyways, my verdict is not reliable at all. I wouldn't mind spending $50-$60 more at other stores for better service. I had to postpone my trips.

I ordered a pair of boots that were made with Goretex. They shipped me the non Goretex version and charged me $20 for return shipping. No customer service either.
