I love Calpak sm. I have a suitcase, 3 of Luka belt bags and the Luka tote. I use all of the bags daily and in travel. It’s perfect for both especially the tote bag - I can’t stress enough how versatile this bag is. All of these have such high quality and have lasted me so long - they still look and feel new to me.

So in love with their luggage. Never been more organized when traveling. The Terra toiletry bag is my absolute favorite. So cute and hangs on bathroom hooks as well for ease of use.

High quality product, I have 3 cross body bags (bought for various colors and one for a smaller snug size) and they are equally compact yet organized enough to carry everything. I feel like Marry Poppins with this out for the day/evening. Durable as well, kept everything dry during a rain storm. Highly recommend their products.

SCAM ALERT!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! DON'T PURHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE ANY KIND OF ISSUES THEY MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO GET A HOLD OF THEM. THERE SCAM RETURN POLICY IS ALSO A JOKE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU SHIPPING FOR A RETURN AND GIVE YOU A STORE CREDIT INSTEAD OF A COMPLETE REFUND! THIS SO CALLED COMPANY NEEDS TO BE EXPOSED SO NOBODY ELSE FALLS VICTIM TO THERE SCAMS! QUALITY OF THERE PRODUCTS ARE GARBAGE!

I used to love Calpak products but after my most recent purchase, I am NEVER buying from them again! I ordered 3 things from them and the package arrived opened, had 1 missing item, and 1 damaged item. The 17-inch Luka laptop backpack had marks on it so I requested a replacement only to be told AFTER I had already mailed back the backpack that the item was out of stock. Yet, the website is still showing the item as available. Customer service has been NO HELP AT ALL. They did not offer any credit back nor have they resolved the issue and it's been nearly 3 weeks. I have been a loyal customer but I am highly disappointed with how they handled this matter.

I recently received a present from friends for Christmas. It was a duplicate of something I already have. Cal pack to refund it stating, “it was out of the time frame.” This was purchased around Black Friday. Purchases made around this time are usually for gifts. This practice is atrocious. This the second item they have refused to refund/exchange. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a bag for a friend. Shortly after ordering it, I found out that someone else had also purchased the same bag for that person. Within an hour of ordering we tried to cancel the order. No one will answer their customer service line so I tried to cancel it online. I received a message stating that once an order has started it cannot be canceled. I called and left a message, and I emailed. After a couple of days someone finally responded by email to say that I could return the item once I received it. As soon as I received it I tried to return it using their online system. I received a message stating that the item was not eligible for return!! I emailed them again, and they finally sent a return label, stating that we would receive a full refund as soon as they received the item. After two weeks we finally received the refund - but they subtracted $12 for shipping. They did not disclose that we would have to pay shipping. I will never shop here again.
