Calpak DOES NOT respond to when you complete and submit a request via their website. They have no phone number on their site. I requested to purchase wheels for luggage I brought, which the airlines broke. Doesn't matter how the luggage was broken, I just need replacement wheels. Next time I will purchase luggage from a company with a better customer service response. Also, they discontinue their luggage extremely fast.

Don’t waste your money. Horrible luggage. Cost too much for the quality and durability of “high end” brand. So upset

UPDATE: Changed my review to 5 stars as finally responded to my email. And finally got the correct item to me and it arrived today super fast. They also let me have something for my issues. Which was nice and they didn’t have to do Sent me the wrong item. Happened to others too. Told me to email them been a week and it’s dead silent. All I want is my item. But they keep saying to email them and I do but 0 communication. Wish I seen these reviews before making this

What everyone says. Backpack strap is ripping off after less than 6 months. Customer service is a complete joke. DO NOT BUY. After 5 days of the inquiry, The customer service team demands a proof of purchase. I bought it from their website and provided an email address. They should have this information and when i gave them a screenshot of an email confirming a purchase it took another 5 days to respond to say that i have to send it back and pay shipping so they can fix it???? What am i supposed to use in the meantime? A good company with good customer service would send me a replacement based on the photos i sent.... so i have something to use. Stand behind your product. I spent about $100 for a backpack that didn't hold up for 6 months.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT RESPOND. I received a damaged suitcase. There is no phone number to call, so I emailed photos on 5/31. On 6/5, customer service replied and offered me 3 options, one of which was to return the item with a prepaid label provided by them. I replied right away confirming that I'd like to return the item for a full refund. I've followed up 5 times, and I still haven't received the label (today is 6/14).

Terrible, terrible customer service!!! They didn’t send one large luggage in my order and has been very painful to get a response from them. No direct phone to call. Emails they reply 2-3 days with questions and when you give them all pictures, packing slips etc then they don’t answer. After 2 weeks I am still on the fight in the middle of my holiday trip 😡 and without my purchased item.

I can’t believe I didn’t read the reviews ahead of time. I purchased a suitcase and 6 days later got an email for early access to up to 45% off and sure enough the suitcase was $50 less. I had not used the suitcase yet. Like others said no phone number to call, only email. So o asked for a price adjustment so I dont have to send back to return for $25 And all they did was say no price adjustments past 5 days and sent me a link for their policy. They apparently don’t want loyal customers, I was ready to purchase more Now I will send my friends to the many other suitcase companies out there. They seem to forget they are in a pure commodity business with several competitors. Treating customers right is not their top priority.

I purchase items online all the time and this company has horrible customer service. Only half of my order arrived and I’ve contacted the company twice (which can only be done by email. No customer service number) to understand when the remainder of the order will arrive or to get a refund and have not heard back. I’m giving it a few more hours before I go ahead and stop payment with the credit card company. Overall I cannot place orders with a company that can’t have better customer service because it’s too much of a hassle to have to follow up so many times and contact the card company to file a dispute. While their product sounds like a high end product, the service is very poor for the caliber of the product.
