Really unethical company that ships your items and then when you wanna return completely ignores you and tries to give you a quote on quote store credit instead of replying to you. When I had to do was look at the label on the outside of the box that I received and then I returned it on my own and hoping that the item would be delivered back to them. I don’t know how a company that says they’re a family owned business for so many years can be so terrible with their customer service I guess it’s because there’s not a lot of reviews Show up on the first page of Google. What I found was their quality was cheap and very plasticky and heavy fairy made in China type product

I ordered the holiday special this time last year (in 2018) of a two suitcase mixture, large and carry on size. it's only been a year and already both have broken - the zippers on the large, the binding has come undone; in addition for the smaller suitcase it was damaged, with parts of the actual outter layer coming off after one trip.
