They had great customer service, and I love the backpack!

Updated 5/13 - I went back to the compnay and asked them if i could order a more expensive item (and still pay the additional charge for that item). WHY would anyone want to order the same item or of lesser value (when the item is clearly defective and poor quality). And when responded back to they said that "they are unable to receive payments outside the order including paying for the difference of your replacement order/s". This company knows zero about customer service and satisfaction. I will never purchase from this company and i will continue to encourage others to not purchase form them either! DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible quality and even more terrible customer service. I bought my mom a backpack for christmas 2023. She uses from this bag from home to work and back using only a laptop and cords. She doesn't even travel with it or take it anywhere. After a few months, the bag strap torn in March. I reached out and they offered to send me a new one because I was still under warranty. We did the swap and a month later it broke again in the same spot. I emailed them again and asked for my money back that I didn't want to keep going back and forth with them given the poor quality of the bag. They told me there was nothing they could do besides send me something for equal or lesser value as I was past the 30 day return window from purchase. I tried to dispute with my credit card, but was also past that timeframe. Don't waste your money!

Bought their packing cubes for a backpacking trip. Loved the design and made packing very convenient, website was easy to use, and prices were a little high but fair for the quality. Will definitely be using cal pak in the future

I love my belt bag so much I got it in multiple colors! It is the perfect size, very durable, and stylish - I always get compliments! I bring my belt bag with me everywhere - out, beach, traveling, etc.

If you don’t have the Luka duffel I highly recommend you consider it for your travel needs. The Luka duffel by far is the perfect bag for travel. Whether it be used for a weekender bag or a carry on, you can’t go wrong. This could even be a gym bag. Possibilities are endless with calpak Luka! So many colors to choose from and multiple pockets for whatever your needs may be. I also love the wipeable exterior.
