I bought the Luka Duffel in February and while it is very nice looking the quality DOES NOT match the price. After 2 flights and putting the bag under the airplane seat it shows wear on the bottom edges. I contacted Calpak and was told this is considered normal wear and tear and not covered under warranty. I have not even had the bag 2 months!!! DO NOT BUY FROM CALPAK! Spend your money elsewhere on a brand that backs their product!

I have two cross-body bags (Terra and Luka) and they're pretty much essential to my daily movements now. The products are durable and reliable. I use my Luka every day and my Terra is perfect for all day ventures. I'm hoping to get more of their products in the future.

Calpak is the BEST. They just get what the modern consumer wants. They have simple, functional designs - in the cutest colors and fabrics. I have multiple Luka Belt Bags in different colors, to match different outfits. I also love their duffel bags, cosmetics cases, and even their passport holders! I’ve never had a bad experience & I’ve personally purchased over and over. Customer Service is prompt, kind and helpful with any question/issue. Trust me when I say, you won’t regret buying from this company.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences shopping at Calpak and will always be a fan. When I have questions about their products, the customer support team has always come through. Even with their social media team, they give great recommendations during their IG lives and actually show how product can be used. For me, that’s what got me to order their Luka Belt Bag. It’s now become my favorite product of theirs and I own it in a few colors. Super great quality across the board and holds up over time. Other staples of mine are the Water Bottle Holder, Luka Tote, and the Luka Duffel bag for travel. Cannot recommend these products enough.

I didn't order the bag online, so I can only speak about the bag itself - but I have the Terra Sling bag (the bigger one) and it has been my go-to bag for every day. It fits my 22 oz water bottle, it has LOTS of pockets, and fits extra diapers and wipes. I get complimented on it a lot when I'm out with it. Also, material makes it wet-weather friendly. I bought it for a Disney World trip with a 4 year old and a 1 year old and it fit everything I needed without being unwieldy. I would consider buying from them again!

The Luka Belt bag is seriously the best! I have it in multiple colors and even bought the mini. The regular is the perfect size to hold all my goodies that I need with me daily and it’s so comfortable! I love the fabric and how easy it is to keep clean. 10/10 recommend! Plus it comes in the best colors!

I have so many wonderful products from CALPAK! My favorites are the Luka styles — belt bag, backpack, and toiletry bag. They are made with such comfy material that does not get dirty easily. The Luka belt bag is so practical and I use it every single day. Highly recommend!

These bags are so unbelievably useful and great for the unorganized person on the go. The pockets, zippers and compartments force you to be methodical about your items. I have gifted a belt bag or water bottle holder, etc. to everyone I know and they feel the same way. Calpak products are truly top notch and their customer service is the same!
