Our medical provider has requested the dosing instructions of both medications as it's part of our evaluation process to assist you with a prescription refill. We can verify it through your recent medication bottles that show your name, complete dosing instructions, and last filled date or we can verify it by calling your pharmacy. Please know that our medical provider follows evidence-based medical guidelines and processes to evaluate your condition thoroughly so that medications can be prescribed safely.
