Paid for my service YESTERDAY 12/28 at 11:18 am. I have been waiting 24 hours with no help. I have been requesting a refund for 16 hours so I can go elsewhere. Busy or not- this is horrible customer service. Impossible to get a refund. Do not use this service. Updated to add: still waiting on a refund 52 hours later. Updated to add: 75 hours & still waiting on a refund.

Waiting more than 24 hours, and appt still pending. My husband's appt went through but they forgot to call in the antibiotics, and the pharmacies are closing. Callondoc was a choice that may land us in the ER.

Absolutely horrible. I have a UTI, thought it would be easier, Def cheaper than going to urgent care, NOT AT ALL. I have been waiting over 4 hours! I have sent several messages with no response. Cannot get ahold of customer service. I would not recommend PERIOD!

I chose call-on-doc because they guaranteed a two hour turnaround time. I sent them refund requests, and finally a cancellation request. 24 hours later, they ignore all of that and still send my prescription after numerous attempts to call and cancel (of course, so they can still get their money). I went with teleMD and it was a great experience. They called within 15 minutes.

I submitted a request last night (assumed the 24hr/365 days was true) I included photos and detailed information as I myself am a nurse so I have a good idea of what’s needed. Went to bed hoping to have a prescription this morning and visit still shows pending. I’ve sent two messages via portal with no response. Very disappointed and will steer patients away from this service. Now I’m trying to figure out how to cancel my consult so I can get a refund.
